Remodeling of the Center Stage Ballroom is going well. Painting nearly complete. Looking for some greenery to complement & soften the room. Still need to select stage curtain material... most likely opaque sheers. Ballroom colors are Chocolate, Cream & a little bit of Spring Green. Adding RGB LED lighting the side walls for a nice color wash.
Will work on sound system & additional lighting next week.

TURTLETRAXX PRODUCTIONS & MONROE STEAKS & SPIRITS REACH ACCORD
Turtletraxx Productions and Monroe Steaks & Spirits Restaurant have reached an agreement to collaborate on the re-branding of Center Stage Ballroom, a large banquet and multipurpose room located inside the restaurant. “It’s a win-win situation,” stated Stephen Buckley, Turtletraxx Operations Manager. “Cooperation and synergy between businesses is essential for success in today's business arena”.
Turtletraxx Productions is contracted to provide marketing, event management and décor rentals for the 2700 sq. ft. room. The ballroom includes a 12’ x 24’ stage and seating for 175+ guests. The room is ideal for weddings, private and corporate parties, meetings, dances, concerts and theatrical events. “We offer audio, video and lighting options, wi-fi and, of course, award winning catering and bar services from Monroe Steaks & Spirits,” said Buckley.
For rental information, call (360) 794-3452 or email info@turtletraxx.com.

Wow! Things are moving along pretty fast. For the ballroom, we're working on plans for an Open House and a possible Spring Bridal Show. Turtletraxx has booked 31 bartending events, a couple of DJ dance club nights and a car show. This is all a good thing considering we rarely perform outside the Sky Valley area.

Cooperation and synergy between businesses is essential for success. It is extremely difficult to go it alone in today's business climate. Sometimes, we hit the bullseye! On Valentines Day, we will announce and introduce the before-mentioned agreement plan for the new banquet room. Borrowing from our favorites at MSNBC... we're leaning forward.
On another note, beginning February 4th, French Creek Manor is introducing a series of Murder Mystery Dinners to the Snohomish/Monroe area. They are outstanding! Check out their website at http://www.frenchcreekmanor.com.

Exciting news! Turtletraxx Productions has entered into an agreement (pending some fine details) with a local business-to-be-named-later and its party room. Turtletraxx will market and manage the above-mentioned banquet rental facility. It will become the largest banquet facility in Monroe, easily seating 200+ guests. The facility will offer award winning in-house catering & bar services. For more information, follow our additional Services/ Venue Rental Link.

When we aren't performing at an event, it is not uncommon for us to 'hit the hay' around 10:30pm. Seven days a week. However, last Saturday we decided to kick up our heels a bit, and visit a fairly new venue in town for some dancing practice. Monroe Steaks & Spirits (http://msteak.com/) has a wonderful restaurant and lounge, but our focus was on the ballroom/nightclub area. Latigo Lace, a local country rock band, was playing. Even though part of the dance floor is covered by tables and chairs, there's plenty of room for a large number of dancers. In two hours, we were able to have a few drinks, snack on some chicken strips and dance a few Texas 2-steps, swing and Nightclub 2-step songs. Yippee ky aydee oh!
